The following were sentenced to death:-

RILEY, Geo HESKETH,Margt DOWD, Chas WILSON, John EMMETT, Geo BROWN, Wm BARNES, John MARSH, Abm LOCKE, John BOOTH, John GREEN, Wm COOMBS, Wm PRESTON, Rd CRANSHAW, John WILLIAMS, Thos CARNEY, and John TAYLOR, Wm WILSON, Micl COLLINS, John EYRES, Thos WARHURST, Dan LAYCOCK and John BURKE, Jas SLATER, Wm FAULKNER, Rd TATHAM, Jos CAVEN, Rd WALKER, Isaac WILKINSON, Jno CLARKE and John HALL, Sam RUDGELY, and John FISHER, Jas NAYLOR, John NUTTALL, and Micl FINNEGAN, Thos MARSHALL, Robt, PILKINGTON, and Eliz DALEY, Jas WOODWARD and Effy McDONALD
There was a note in the paper that OXENHAM was so ill that he was brought into court wrapt in a blanket and was obliged to be supported by two attendants whilst sentence was passsed on him.
The following were sentenced to 14 years transportation:-
Jas JELLY, Wm CONNOLLEY, Mary STEEL, James SCHOFIELD, Edward WALTON, William TAYLOR, Jas WALKER, Edw CORRAN, Geo STEELE, Edw MOORES, Eliz MOORES and Eliz BERRY, Jane CARR, Mary ROBERTS and Ann WARD.
The following were sentenced to 7 years transportation:-
John GRIFFITHS, Wm GREEN, Jas MURRAY, Jas TWIST, Chris BROOKS, John BROOKS, Geo SWANWICK, Geo SPENCER, John FRIERS, Jer ALDRED, Thos BRADLEY, Geo HIGGS, Wm CHALLINOR and Wm NICHOLSON, Wm BRETTARGH, Eliz HILTON, Robt GILL, Thos CULSHAW, Jas WELSBY, John ECCLESTON, and Wm HOWARD.
Sentenced to 2 years hard labour in the house of correction:-

Sentenced to 1 years imprisonment and to enter into recognizances according to the statutes for 2 years more:-
Alice SHERRY, Margt LEWIS, Micl TURLEY, Thos BARKER, Sarah SMITH, Sarah BARLOW and Esther BARLOW
sentenced to 6 months imprisonment:-
